Re-mortgages

Most mortgages take decades to repay, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay with the same lender.

With the common mortgage, many people take a product that has a tie in attached.

 

These mortgages usually lower interest rates with the confidence of knowing your outgoings for the foreseeable future.

However, you might be paying your lender’s Standard Variable Rate and want to reduce your payments. Alternatively, now might be the right time to consider a fixed rate. A fixed rate can provide stability and an absolute outgoing for the foreseeable future.

You could be best served renegotiating the deal with your current lender, or perhaps you could consider an alternative lender. We can locate the best deals on the market and bring them to your attention, so that you can be confident in your financial decision.

Product Transfer

Did you know that even if you are staying with the same lender, in some cases, you could still use a mortgage adviser? Whilst this may not be possible for every single lender in the marketplace currently, there are a lot of lenders that could offer this option and we do see in some cases that a broker may get a better deal than going directly to your lender.


With a no obligation review of your circumstances, your adviser will be able to compare everything from a whole re-mortgage to a product transfer and decide what would be best for you.
